Remix OS have decided to give their Android-based operating system to run on an X86 processor for free. They said it will be coming in this mid-January and users can download from their website. For those who interested, they need to have USB 3.0 flash drive that supports the FAT32 format with at least 8GB storage and recommended writing speed of 20MB/s. The PC also need to have legacy boot option because you need to setup the booth option from the USB port.
Remix OS also build their own hardware which already integrate the operating system with the hardware. The Ultratablet (similar to Microsoft Surface) is for those who want mobility and the Remix OS Mini (similar to Mac Mini) is more suitable for office usage.
