Nike and Apple Reach Settlement Terms on Fuelband Class Action Suit

Nike and Apple reach settlement terms on Fuelband Class Action suit with Nike agree to pay consumers $15 cash or a $25 gift card. Apple on the hand will pay nothing. Both company did not admit any wrong doing and decided to end the Class Action suit.


The Class Action suit on Fuelband was filed in 2013 claiming both company had made misleading statements on its ability to track steps and calories. Nike had killed its future Fuelband product to focus more on related software development. Those who want to make a claim can go to its official Nike Fuelband Settlement website.
