After They Bought Ouya, Razer Bought Cloud First Smartphone Nextbit Robin

Razer is up for something since they already bought Ouya and Nextbit Robin. Both are running Android operating system but Ouya is focusing more on gaming while Nextbit Robin is a cloud first smartphone.

Razer is a PC gaming company from China. It is not sure why they bought Nextbit Robin. Maybe they want to provide a complete ecosystem for TV console (Ouya) and smartphone? Currently, they halt sales of the Nextbit Robin but promises to extend warranties for six more months and continuous software updates up to February 2018.

Razer is interested in acquiring Nextbin Robin due to their work on the cloud-based storage technology. Razer also said they will announce their plan for Nextbit Robin when they are ready.
