ARM Announced 32-Bit Processor For Wearable and IoT Devices

ARM announced Cortex-A32 processor for wearable and IoT devices due to its power efficiency. This new ARMv8-A is a new generation 32-bit processor to replace Cortex A5 and A7 CPU cores. It is the smallest and most power efficient in ARM family. The Cortex-A32 is made for high-performance situations with high energy efficiency is a requirement but do not expect it to be used on smartphones because it is stillĀ a 32-bit processor. This new processor from ARM is supposed to help wearable and smart device manufacturers to come out with a longer battery life.
