Apple Preview Their Next Generation Apple Store On Its 15 Years Anniversary

It has been 15 years since Apple introduce their first two retail stores on May 19, 2001, in Tysons Corner, Virginia, and Glendale, California. The stores have attracted many consumers in its first week. And Apple had expanded their retails to 25 more stores by the year end.

Fifteen years ago today Apple opened its first two stores and we’re thrilled to mark the occasion with the opening of Apple Union Square in San Francisco,” said Angela Ahrendts, Apple’s senior vice president of Retail and Online Stores. “We are not just evolving our store design, but its purpose and greater role in the community as we educate and entertain visitors and serve our network of local entrepreneurs.

To mark of their retail stores 15 years anniversary, Apple previews the new Apple Store in Union Square, San Francisco.
