Apple Is Investing $25 Million In Hyderabad, India

Apple is investing $25 million in Hyderabad, India. The investment will let Apple set up a new technology development located in India. Apple has acquired 250,000 square feet land in India IT Corridor. The new investment is expected to open up about 4,500 new jobs. Apple is serious to expand its business in India. Currently, Apple is waiting for approval for them to open Apple Store in India. The new building is expected to cover their future operation in India and nearby region.

With Apple joining other tech company like Microsoft, Infosys, Wipro and Cognizant, it would boost India to be the third largest site for startups behind the United States and the United Kingdom.


Google on the other hand also announced they will open up a new campus in Hyderabad with $160 million value of the investment. It will be Google first campus outside the United States.
