A woman faces jail after tagging her former in-law on Facebook. The woman faces a year imprison after she was found violating an order of protection involving her ex-sister-in-law. Maria Gonzalez tries to defend herself after she like a post that called her former in-law stupid. She said the order does not prohibit her from any Facebook communication. But Westchester County Supreme Court Justice Susan Capeci disagreed.
The order of protection prohibited the defendant from contacting the protected party by electronic or any other means
