250 iOS Apps Being Removed From AppStore

About 250 iOS apps being removed from AppStore due to privacy violation which collect user personal date from their apps. Apple make a clear statement that they do not allow any third party API or plugin from taking user’s personal information silently through installed apps. The action was taken after SourceDNA reported hundreds of iOS apps collect personal identifiable information like Apple ID email addresses and device identifiers through advertising SDK called Youmi. The informations were later on being transferred through Youmi private API to their servers located in China. SourceDNA sent a disclosed list of affected apps to Apple.
